I am a highly talented, seasoned certified Project manager with experience leading cross functional teams to deliver digital solutions, including Agile and agile transitions. What’s a cross functional team? What’s a digital solution? What’s a Project Manager? What’s Agile? What’s double certified?

A cross functional team is a team consisting of a disparate variety of roles and specialized skills. For example, a common software team would include Business Analyst, designer, programmer, engineer, information architect, Server Admin, DBA, and QA.

A digital solution is a software custom build or implementation. The bulk of my experience relates to this.

A project manager is someone with the specialized skills to organize and coordinate the efforts of the team to ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget, and inside scope.

Agile is a methodology for delivering projects that prioritizes value, simplicity and team empowerment.

Double certification means that I have achieved two distinct certifications from the Project Management Institute. The PMP which is the Gold Standard for Project Management and the PMI-ACP which shows expertise in Agile Project Methodology. I have since specialized in Agile and have earned certification from Scaled Agile in Leading SAFe, SAFe Scrum Master, Product Owner/ Product Manager and Release Train Engineer. I work as Release Manager and Program Manager at an Investment Bank.
